The Studio
The Studio is a community center nestled on 11 beautiful acres in Eastern Ohio.
The Studio offers a welcoming space where children and adults can develop creativity, skills, community, and resilience. Through free arts and music classes, book groups and fascinating seminars, clubs and cooperatives, the Studio provides opportunities for human flourishing and solidarity.

School of Community
Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:00 a.m.
Through reading and conversation, School of Community explores the nature of the Christian experience and its relationship to everyday life. Participants compare the Christian proposal with their own experiences to consider its capacity to respond to human needs in every aspect of reality.Open House Brunch

Open Art for Children
Fridays, 3:30–5:00 p.m.
Children ages 6–12 are invited to use The Studio’s art supplies, explore their creativity, and develop their artistic skills with guidance from our art director.Open Art for Teens

Young people ages 12–18 can use The Studio’s art supplies, develop their skills, and discover new possibilities for their creative work.Open Art for Adults

Adults ages 18 and older are invited to use The Studio’s art supplies, develop their skills, and explore new ideas for their creative work. -
Mondays, 7:00–9:00 p.m.
Relax with knitting, crochet, needlework, and other fiber arts while building community with fellow makers. -
Tuesdays, 8:00–10:00 p.m.
Share your music, comedy, poetry, acting, or other talents in a relaxed and encouraging setting. Performers of all experience levels are welcome. -

Voice and guitar teachers are available to work with new students and help them develop their musical talents. -
Parenting Group
Fridays at 11:00 a.m.
Parents gather to support one another, share experiences, and learn new skills with guidance from a peer mentor.Family Night
Select Sundays at 5:00 p.m.
Families are invited to share dinner and take part in conversations about marriage, parenting, and child development. Childcare is provided by the Babysitter’s Club of Steubenville.If your child has additional support needs, please contact us in advance so we can plan together for their participation.

Tuesdays, 12:00–2:00 p.m., September through May
Students ages 12–17 are invited to study, work, and spend quiet time with others at The Studio. Tea, coffee, and snacks are provided.

We don’t charge for any of our offerings, but The Studio is made possible through collaboration and mutual help, so we welcome donations of any amount and we deeply appreciate any offers of service. You can donate below or get involved with service opportunities on the Support Our Work page.
